What to have ready
About 30 to 45 minutes for a first pass. Most South African SMEs' footprints are 80% electricity, fuel and packaging, so get those right first.
- Electricity bills for the twelve months (or the annual total)
- Fuel invoices or fuel-card statements
- Headcount and revenue for the year
- Packaging and main-material tonnages, if you sell a product
- Travel, waste and transport invoices, if you have them; they can wait for a second pass
How it works
- Tell us about you. Sector, size, reporting year. This decides what you see.
- Answer yes or no. Each question has a one-line definition and an example. "No" removes the section.
- Enter numbers or upload. Litres, kWh, tonnes, or a filled template. "I don't have this number" opens an estimate.
- Get your light report. Instant, free, with hotspots, intensity and what IFRS S2 still needs.
- Optional: order the in-depth analysis. Analyst-checked, South Africa-specific factors, IFRS S2 section, review call with Dr Marco Lotz.
